Full-Time Youth Coach at Flip Side Ninja Park
Flip Side Ninja Park, Northwest Arkansas' premiere ninja warrior gym, is hiring a full-time youth coach. We're looking for an outgoing, energetic leader with a passion for teaching children (ages 5-15).

Note: Previous experience with Ninja Warrior obstacles/activities is not required. If you believe you meet the qualifications listed below, please apply - we can train you!
What You'll Do
- Coach & Lead: Safely teach groups of 6-7 children how to navigate ninja obstacles, fostering a fun, encouraging, and high-energy environment.
- Design & Develop: Assist with course design, obstacle setup, curriculum development, and tracking student skill progression.
- Support Gym Operations: Help with birthday parties, front desk tasks, and general gym cleaning/organization.
Who We're Looking For
- A Natural Leader: You are a "safety-first" role model with exceptional situational awareness and strong group management skills.
- An Experienced Coach (Preferred): You have a background in coaching, team sports, teaching, or childcare. Note: Previous experience with Ninja Warrior obstacles is not required!
- An Athlete (Huge Plus): Experience in gymnastics, parkour, ninja warrior, or any group-trained sports is highly desired.
Consistent Schedule
- Friday - Tues (Off Wed & Thu)
- Early afternoon & Evenings
