🚀 US Sales Manager


📍 Remote or Hybrid


Our client, a pioneer in AI robotics for warehouse environments, is seeking a Sales Manager to help shape the next chapter of its growth and play a pivotal role in establishing it in the North American market.


Having already 5x'd their 2024 revenue, and with committed deployments of over 100 robots scheduled for 2026, this company is set to continue its already impressive growth journey.


The Role:


The Sales Manager will play a central role in expanding the business, shaping market entry strategies and managing the customer journey.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Exploring New Markets: Identifying and developing opportunities in sectors such as fashion, general merchandise, e-grocery, and 3PL
  • Go-to-Market Ownership: Creating and executing innovative market entry strategies in partnership with leadership
  • End-to-End Customer Management: Leading the process from first contact through negotiation, contract signing, and go-live
  • Process Optimization: Designing and improving workflows that support scalable growth
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Working closely with Solutions Design and Operations teams to craft tailored customer solutions
  • Customer Engagement: Spending time on-site with customers (about 50% travel) to build strong, long-lasting partnerships


Who They’re Looking For:


This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited about building relationships and opening new markets. The ideal candidate will not be afraid of putting in the hard yards to help establish our client's brand and reputation in the market.


Key Requirements:


  • Experience or a strong network in logistics, 3PL, and the warehouse environment
  • A background in fast-growing environments or scale-ups, or an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to move away from a corporate environment and into something dynamic.
  • Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrable track record of high sales performance, possessing the ability to create new relationships and guide customers through the journey.
  • Technical understanding or an engineering background.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel regularly (around 50%)
