Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls using our CRM system to engage customers through warm calling and follow-up
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales and service departments
- Qualify customer needs and route them to the appropriate department or team member
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly
- Follow up on internet leads, marketing campaigns, and missed appointments
- Accurately log interactions, notes, and appointment details in the CRM
- Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to support daily operations
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone that reflects the Flint Hills CDJR brand
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, call center, appointment setting, inside sales, or telemarketing preferred
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using CRM software, email, and basic computer systems
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Automotive experience is not required — we provide training
