About the Role

Join a collaborative, research-led clinical team within FHMRI Sleep Health, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality sleep health services and research in the AISH Sleep Health Clinic. As an Administration Assistant, you will provide essential day-to-day administrative support to a multidisciplinary team, helping ensure smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience. This role combines patient-facing service, clinical administration, and research support, contributing to innovative work improving sleep health outcomes.

• Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to clinical, academic, and research staff

• Manage patient administration processes including appointments, referrals, waitlists, and communications

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical and research records in line with relevant standards

• Support clinic operations and research activities through documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives

About You

You are a highly organised and proactive administrative professional with experience supporting clinical, research or healthcare environments. You bring a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred service, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. With excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you thrive working collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

You will demonstrate:

• Experience in clinical or healthcare administration, including patient coordination, scheduling, and record management

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows accurately and efficiently

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with patients, clinicians, researchers, and stakeholders

• A high level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
