The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead the execution of marketing strategy across the U.S. market.

Working closely with the wider marketing, product, and commercial teams—and reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Marketing—you will be responsible for delivering integrated campaigns, refining messaging, and ensuring consistent, high-quality brand output across all channels.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is both strategic and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of healthcare and technology sectors.

Compensation $90-120K - MUST LIVE IN SAN JOSE AREA

Key Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
• Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, and events
• Develop and refine clear, compelling messaging across all marketing outputs
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with product and commercial priorities
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery
• Oversee the creation of marketing assets with strong attention to design and brand consistency
• Track performance, analyse results, and optimise campaigns accordingly
• Maintain strong organisation and project management across multiple initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years’ experience in marketing within healthcare, medtech, or SaaS
• Proven ability to implement and execute marketing strategies end-to-end
• Highly organised, diligent, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Strong eye for messaging, branding, and visual quality
• Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
