What are the responsibilities and job description for the Centralized Scheduler position at Flexzo Ai?
The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Optimize patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in an effective manner.
- Review New Member assignment rosters. Contact the new patients by phone to welcome them to our office and schedule their first appointment.
- Print and mail a welcome letter and new patient packet to each new patient.
- Assist patients with questions or refer questions to appropriate person in the office.
- Perform a post review of previous months reports to contact patients who have not scheduled an appointment yet.
- Perform other duties as assigned
