Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Location: Mountain View, CA - Hybrid
Pay Rate - $70-75/hr on w2
Looking for a Sr. TPM with strong infrastructure platform experience to support a Core Infrastructure engineering team. The role focuses on large-scale infrastructure programs involving Streams/PubSub systems, Storage platforms, scalability, operational excellence, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive complex cross-functional infrastructure programs end-to-end
• Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams on scalability, reliability, and capacity planning
• Manage roadmap execution, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
• Lead infrastructure scaling initiatives with strong data-driven decision making
• Support operational excellence, process improvements, and zero-downtime program execution
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategic infrastructure initiatives
Required Skills:
• 5 years of Technical Program Management experience in infrastructure/platform engineering environments
• Strong understanding of Streams/PubSub, storage systems, and distributed infrastructure
• Experience managing large-scale technical programs in Agile environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
