Schedule: Hybrid
Time Zones: EST or CST preferred
Pay Rate: $30 to $32/hr

Role Overview
Seeking a Project/Program Manager (Mid-Level/PM II) to lead technical implementation projects in the EV battery space. This role supports full project lifecycle delivery, client communication, documentation, risk management, and coordination across engineering, software, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects (planning → delivery → post-support).
- Manage schedules, SOWs, RAID logs, status reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders.
- Facilitate client meetings and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
- Support post-implementation activities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee tasks including technical discovery, facility readiness, procurement, and launch.
Required Skills & Experience
- BS in Engineering preferred
- Experience with EV batteries a plus
- 1–2 years of project management or related experience
- Strong client-facing skills and relationship-building ability
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to communicate complex information clearly
- Proficient in MS Project/Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio/Lucid, Word
