Position Summary
Create, modify, and/or maintain Contract Customer Setup of new accounts. The Records Specialist will assist the Implementation and Order Coordination teams as they work through Customer Onboards and Refreshes to enter or update customer and equipment records in our database. This position will also work with the supervisor to monitor department-specific details such as naming conventions, processes, and procedures for customer record creation. Responsible for accurate and on-time recorded entry.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Backup to Credit Scoring for Net New Customers
- Creation of Net New Customer Records
- Attending New Customer Rollout Meetings
- Complex Contract Setup
- Bulk Uploads
- Customer and Branch Coding Setups
- Drafting/Editing of Processes
- Tax Exemptions/Tax Issues
- Customer Payment Portal Assignment & Lead (Inquiries, Registrations, etc.)

Standards of performance may vary based on workload and company changes.

- Prompt Credit Scoring for Net New Customers
- Prompt Setup of New Customer Records
- Prompt Setup of Net New Contracts

Qualifications and Experience
- 2 Years of Industry Experience Preferred
- 2 Years of e-Automate Experience Preferred (Or comparable systems software)
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Access Skills Preferred
- General Microsoft Office Suite Skills
- High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred, or 2 years of equivalent job experience.
- Ability to work in a team setting
