Position Summary
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and buying groups by leveraging company news, technology signals, and engagement triggers to inform strategic outreach.
- Build compliant and accurate contact lists with correct titles and roles, maintaining clean and organized CSV files.
- Prepare comprehensive ABM kits with email sequences, call talk tracks, direct mail assets, gifting options, and event invitations; personalize outreach using approved templates, relevant proof points, and customer success stories.
- Coordinate high-touch sends by managing vendors, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of personalized materials; support event execution by building invite lists, managing RSVPs, preparing badge files, and coordinating post-event follow-up.
- Set up campaigns using existing templates (forms, landing pages, nurture flows, alert configurations), and conduct thorough QA checks validating lists, links, UTMs, rendering, deduplication, and suppression logic.
- Manage campaign calendars by owning timelines, task assignments, and cross-functional dependencies; monitor daily campaign activity including bounces, replies, form submissions, meetings booked, and handoffs to Sales.
- Log outcomes and next actions in CRM systems, keeping notes current to support Sales and Marketing Business Partners (MBPs).
- Produce concise weekly rollups summarizing accounts touched, contacts engaged, meetings scheduled, and pipeline influenced.
- Maintain and update playbooks to ensure programs are repeatable, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales development, or agency production, including internships.
- Proven ability to build lists and execute campaigns with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills for crafting short-form content such as subject lines and outreach messages.
- Proficiency in Excel, including filters, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and maintaining clean CSV files.
- Comfortable navigating CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to support campaign execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for collaborating across teams and coordinating with external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience executing ABM programs targeting mid-market accounts.
- Familiarity with coordinating direct mail and gifting campaigns.
- Basic HTML skills for editing emails and landing pages.
- Hands-on experience with event planning and coordination.
