Position Summary
In a Customer Service Call Center environment, responds promptly to customer needs by taking and fulfilling orders. Responds to requests for service and assistance. Manages difficult or emotional customer situations. Listens intently and responds in a positive manner to all requests and questions. The position requires excellent customer relation skills, the ability to think critically and communicate well with our customers both internal and external.

The position requires excellent customer relation skills, the ability to think critically and communicate well with our customers both internal and external.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Receive a high volume of orders from multiple platforms (i.e. phones/email/portal) from new/existing customers
- Accurately enter consumable orders after reviewing device details using various computer systems and software platforms
- Provide accurate shipping quotes upon request, including expedited services such as overnight delivery
- Quote shipping charges when needed (i.e. Overnight)
- Research and resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensuring thorough follow-up and clear communication
- Verify customer purchase order (PO) pricing against internal costs; escalate discrepancies as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, shipping, warehouse) and external contacts (vendors, carriers) to resolve issues such as missing or delayed shipments
- Utilize active listening skills to confirm details, clarify questions, and de-escalate challenging customer interactions professionally
- Participate in continuous training and professional development opportunities to maintain product and system knowledge
- Perform additional duties and support tasks as assigned to meet team and company goals
- High School graduate GED
- Industry experience preferred
- 1-2 years previous customer service/call center experience highly preferred
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem Solving – Proactively identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong self-motivator with ability to works independently, yet a great team player
- Intermediate computer knowledge *MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Adapts quickly to frequent process changes and improvements
