Field Service Technician - Nationwide Future Hiring

We are expanding our Field Service Technician Team Nationally!

As a Field Service Technician, you will shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining superior customer satisfaction with our service and products. The pay range for this position is from $22.00-$32.00 an hour Depending on experience/geography.

What you will be doing:

• Maximizing equipment up-time through timely repair and troubleshooting
• Engaging the customer and communicating clearly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
• Managing time to be most effective in completing daily visits with customers

What you will bring to the role:

• Ability to troubleshoot technology and think independently
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills
• Knowledge of basic networking a plus
• Computer and analytical skills
• High School Diploma or GED required; Electronics or Computer Associates Degree preferred
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes
• Must have a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record history
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence
• Prior experience in maintaining and repairing office equipment is welcomed (Canon, HP, Lexmark, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp, and Xerox experience is a plus)
