Job Description: This role will focus on Treasury functions such as cash management, cash flow forecasting, commercial banking, working capital management, capital markets, and capital allocation. The individual will support cash management functions including billing, collections, accounts payable, and cash applications, and will serve as the primary point of contact for commercial banking relationships, supporting the CFO and private equity sponsors in interactions with lending banks. The role also involves partnering with the Financial Planning and Analysis team to forecast cash flow and assist in the development of the weekly thirteen-week cash flow forecast, along with establishing and managing cash and treasury-related policies and procedures within the broader organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support all teams that integrate with Treasury such as AP/AR, FP&A, tax, operations, payroll, and more
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including sales, customers, and vendors on the management of AR and AP
• Assist in treasury-related aspects of M&A activity, special projects, or ad-hoc analysis
• Provide oversight into daily cash movements across all bank accounts
• Administer bank accounts, signatories, and user access controls across platforms
• Manage bank transactions and borrowing processes
• Develop policies, procedures, and reports to drive greater efficiency in treasury operations
• Partner with key stakeholders and internal teams to determine and implement best practices across the organization
• Oversee and manage the company's corporate credit card programs to ensure compliance, accuracy, and proper usage
• Apply controllership input and ensure appropriate rigor for simplification and systems projects in the businesses
• Ensure a proactive disbursements function to maximize DPO

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in management, finance, or equivalent
• Relevant experience in a Treasury or cash management role
• Exceptional professional expertise in finance and cash management
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Effective time management skills, highly motivated, with critical attention to detail and deadlines
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Ability to handle stress appropriately and interact well with others
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships
• Ability to partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Legal teams on treasury matters
• Demonstrated process improvement or automation experience
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leadership
• Experience with NetSuite, ServiceNow, and/or Salesforce
• CPA and/or CTP a plus
