Job Description: Seeking an experienced ERP / NetSuite Readiness Consultant to partner with Operations and Finance to ensure the organization is fully prepared for a successful implementation. This role will focus on aligning processes, data, and workflows across inventory and production, ensuring a smooth transition from current tools to NetSuite.
Responsibilities:
- Assess current systems and workflows across Fishbowl (inventory)
- Identify gaps in data structure, process standardization, and system readiness
- Prepare the organization for NetSuite by standardizing workflows, cleaning and organizing data, and defining system requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners
- Support project planning, timeline development, and execution tracking
- Ensure alignment between Operations workflows
- Help design scalable processes that will integrate effectively within NetSuite
Qualifications:
- 7–15 years of experience in ERP implementation, operations, or systems consulting
- Direct experience with NetSuite implementations (preferred) or similar ERP platforms
- Strong understanding of inventory, production, and financial workflows
- Experience preparing organizations for ERP transitions or system migrations
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
