Hours/Schedule: 25 hours/week, M-F 10am-3pm

Location Requirements: Hybrid, Mon-Wed 10am-3pm in DC office (near Capitol Hill), Thurs-Fri remote.
Rate: $50K-60K salary for 25 hours/week
Job Description: Seeking a talented Part-Time Real Estate Marketing Manager to support our growing team and help us take our marketing to the next level. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and passionate about real estate marketing. You’ll play a hands-on role in showcasing our properties, strengthening our brand presence, and building meaningful engagement with the community. A key focus of this role is driving lead generation—through strategic marketing, content creation, and community engagement that attracts new clients and nurtures relationships with existing ones. A successful candidate will be highly proficient in lead generation strategies, inside sales, and marketing, with a strong understanding of how to leverage social media growth—particularly on Instagram—to increase brand visibility and drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to highlight listings, open houses, and brand stories
- Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on lead generation, client engagement, and brand growth
- Implement initiatives to increase Instagram following and audience engagement
- Spearhead internal marketing workshops to help agents grow their personal brand and elevate presence across platforms
- Assist with photography, videography, and editing of property and lifestyle content as needed
- Design and update marketing materials such as postcards, email campaigns, and print materials
- Manage coordinate targeted email campaigns using CRM data
- Manage fabrication of signage & QR codes
- Manage website
- Track analytics and provide reports on campaign and lead performance
- Assist in planning and promoting client appreciation events
- Coordinate marketing efforts for community events and engagement initiatives
- Design & order branded collateral and apparel to elevate company visibility
- Act as Brand Ambassador and ensure consistency of brand voice and visuals across all platforms
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proven understanding of digital marketing, lead-generation strategies, and inside sales techniques
- Demonstrated success in social media growth and engagement, especially on Instagram
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp and WordPress
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends
- Comfortable with basic photography and video editing
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the real estate industry a plus
