Location: Colorado Springs / Pueblo / Southern Colorado
Compensation: $80,000–$125,000 (Base Commission Growth Potential)

As one of the fastest-growing packaging companies in the West, we’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative – Packaging & Supply Solutions who’s ready to take ownership of their market in Southern Colorado.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new business across Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Southern Colorado.

• Build strong, lasting partnerships with customers in manufacturing, distribution, and beyond.

• Identify packaging challenges and deliver creative, cost-saving solutions.

• Work alongside our internal design, operations, and automation experts to serve your customers.

• Manage your pipeline, forecast revenue, and hit ambitious growth goals.

What You Bring

• Experience in packaging, distribution, or industrial sales preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven track record in business development or territory management.

• Comfortable with cold calls, on-site visits, and independent work.

• Based in or near Southern Colorado (Pueblo, Colorado Springs).
