Job Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Twin Falls / Burley / Pocatello area. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored packaging solutions that drive customer success. Ideal candidates are self-motivated sales professionals with a proven track record in B2C sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Introduce innovative sales strategies to attract new customers and expand market presence.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored packaging solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proactively seek sales opportunities and cross-sell additional services.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales with new and existing clients.
- Partner with internal team members to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer programs effectively through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s market growth goals.
Compensation Structure:
- A base salary is provided during the first year to support onboarding, training, and market development.
- Starting in year two, compensation will transition to a commission-based structure tied directly to your sales performance, offering significant earning potential.
Qualifications
- Experience in corrugated packaging or packaging solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or packaging automation is highly preferred.
- Valid U.S. work authorization required.
- Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Willingness to reside in or near the Twin Falls / Burley / Pocatello area.
- Previous cold-calling experience is preferred.
- A proactive, self-driven approach to business development and sales success.
