Position Overview:
Flexpak is looking for a driven Sales Support Supervisor to lead and support our Sales Support team at our Aurora facility. This is a working supervisor position, meaning you will actively contribute to day-to-day sales support activities while also overseeing team performance. You’ll be responsible for guiding team members in delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of order processing, and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales Support and works closely with Sales, Operations, Production, and Purchasing teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Sales Support team at the Aurora facility, providing leadership, coaching, and support.
- Perform sales support duties alongside the team, including order entry, customer communication, and issue resolution
- Monitor daily workflow and ensure timely, accurate processing of customer orders and requests.
- Act as a point of escalation for customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution with professionalism.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular feedback to support team development.
- Collaborate with Sales to align pricing, customer needs, and strategic account support.
- Partner with Production and Purchasing to manage lead times, backorders, and customer-owned inventory.
- Train new hires and reinforce best practices to maintain high service standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and service expectations.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding efforts as needed to strengthen the team.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and support a high-performing team.
- Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems; experience with order entry and customer account management.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading initiatives at the site level.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
