Role Description This full-time Warehouse Associate role is an on-site position based in Aurora, CO. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, unloading, and checking incoming materials, as well as accurately storing and organizing products in the warehouse. Daily tasks include picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and loading trucks while following safety and quality standards. The role also involves maintaining inventory accuracy through regular counts, updating records, and reporting discrepancies. The Warehouse Associate collaborates with team members and supervisors to ensure timely order fulfillment, supports continuous improvement of warehouse processes, and keeps work areas clean and safe.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- Customer Service skills to support internal and external stakeholders and ensure accurate, timely order handling.
- Inventory Management skills to perform counts, track stock levels, and maintain accurate records.
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management and Procurement to support efficient material flow and order processing.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks and forklifts) and follow OSHA and company safety guidelines.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment (standing, lifting, and moving materials as required).
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent beneficial.
- Willingness to learn, follow standard operating procedures, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
