Pleasanton, CA | Bay Area (Onsite Travel Required)

We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team at Flexon Technologies!
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients across the Bay Area
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
- Partner with recruiting teams to deliver top tech talent (Python, Data, AI/ML, Cloud, etc.)
- Support sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates
- Manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Conduct client meetings, onsite visits, and regular follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Experience in technology staffing/recruiting (preferred)
- Strong ability to manage tasks, timelines, and client expectations
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Requirements:
- Must be local to the Bay Area
- Willing to travel across the Bay Area for client meetings
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work onsite in Pleasanton, CA
