POSITION SUMMARY
This role serves as the primary point of contact for the Owner Experience Program and associated leadership team. This position will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with a network of internal and external channels including Operations, Flight Crews, Cabin Servers and Service Teams. The Business Operations Administrator supports executive leadership and business operations by managing complex scheduling, travel logistics, data analysis, reporting, and operational projects. This role blends administrative excellence with analytical thinking to improve efficiency and execution across the organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Operations Administrator will be expected to perform the following:
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external departments
- Manage complex executive calendars across multiple domestic and international time zones
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Act as a trusted operational partner to leadership with discretion to confidential business content
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
- Track and reconcile travel expenses in line with company policy
- Employee timecard reconciliation
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and performance data
- Build program-related and executive-level reports
- Document workflows and standard operating procedures while maintaining operational records
- Track project timelines and deliverables
- Support system implementations and reporting frameworks
- Manage tasks within a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to frequent changes.
REQUIRED SKILLS
The Business Operations Administrator should possess the following attributes:
- Aviation knowledge and/or experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to communicate well through all levels within and outside the organization
- Professional problem-solving ability with team members and partners
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to work independently, organize effectively and function well within a team setting
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university is preferred; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience #LI-SH1
