Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, strengthen cash flow, support strategic decision-making, and ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting. This role requires strong experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Analysis
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Manage company cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key metrics, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Lead or support end-to-end M&A processes, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.
- Assess acquisition risks, synergies, and long-term financial impacts.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and business teams during transaction execution and post-merger integration.
Risk Management & Internal Controls
- Identify financial and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Strengthen internal controls across finance, AR, AP, and treasury functions.
- Monitor credit risks, customer financial health, and exposure levels.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Accounts Receivable Oversight
- Oversee AR operations including invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
- Review AR aging reports and develop action plans for overdue accounts.
- Improve AR processes through workflow optimization and system enhancements.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service to improve financial accuracy, reduce disputes, and support business goals.
- Provide financial guidance to support pricing, contract negotiation, and cost control.
Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise, train, and mentor Finance or AR team members.
- Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and ensure team adherence to company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of finance experience, including direct experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
- Bilingual in Mandarin.
- Strong risk management background, including identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Experience in B2B or manufacturing/distribution industry is a must.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
