(New Orleans, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support client brand awareness, content creation, and business development initiatives. This role will help communicate technical services, strengthen digital presence, and support lead generation efforts through marketing campaigns and client-focused content.
Essential Duties
• Create and manage marketing content for social media, email campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials
• Develop blogs, project highlights, and service-related content to support brand awareness
• Assist with marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and sales support materials
• Coordinate trade shows, recruiting events, and community outreach activities
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure consistent company messaging across platforms
• Support website, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing initiatives
Requirements/Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with marketing, communications, content creation, or related fields.
• Ability to create engaging content for professional and business audiences.•
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Experience with Canva, CRM systems, email marketing, or website management is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Occasional travel to events, job sites, or client locations may be required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
