Warehouse Associate

(Crowley, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a food production plant environment. The ideal candidate will support warehouse and production operations through material handling, equipment operation, housekeeping, inventory movement, and maintaining safety and food production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing facility operating 24/7.

Essential Duties:

• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

• Load, unload, move, stage, and organize materials, products, and supplies throughout the facility.

• Support food production operations by supplying materials to production lines and removing finished goods.

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in warehouse, production, and storage areas.

• Follow all SOPs, GMPs, food safety procedures, and company safety policies.

• Perform inventory handling, stock rotation, and material tracking as assigned.

• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns immediately.

• Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, labeling, and palletizing products.

• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and warehouse teams to meet operational goals.

• Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation related to warehouse operations.

• Assist in other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or food production experience preferred.

• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and cherry pickers required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment operating 24/7.

• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, overtime, and some holidays as needed.

• Strong attention to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

• Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 55 pounds regularly.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

• Frequent bending, reaching, climbing, stooping, and lifting required.

• Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, and fast-paced manufacturing environments.

• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.

• Must be able to wear required PPE at all times.

• Must be able to work overtime and weekends when required.
