Technical Sales Engineer (Industrial Manufacturing)

What You’ll Do:

• Engage directly with customers to understand their material handling needs
• Design complete systems and develop technical proposals and quotations
• Support field sales reps with application expertise, pricing, and project guidance
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and controls teams to bring systems from concept to fabrication
• Manage communication between customers and internal teams throughout the project
• Travel to customer sites and industry trade shows to discuss projects and build relationships

What You Bring:

• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right solution
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical requirements
• Comfort making decisions in a fast‑moving environment
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency with standard business and engineering software (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Qualifications:

• Required: 2‑year degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or 2 years of technical sales experience
• Preferred: 4‑year engineering degree
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and trade shows
