What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Marketing Manager position at FlexFactor?
FlexFactor is the real-time recovery layer for digital commerce.
We help merchants recover revenue that is otherwise lost to false payment declines. When a qualified customer is incorrectly declined at checkout, FlexFactor intervenes in real time to rescue the sale before the customer ever abandons.
Unlike traditional payments, billing, or analytics tools that only report failures after the fact, FlexFactor operates at the moment of failure. For one-time purchases (CIT), we intercept and reverse false declines so legitimate customers complete checkout on the first attempt. For subscriptions (MIT), we improve recovery performance through smarter decisioning and an aligned, performance-based business model.
The result is immediate revenue lift, improved conversion, stronger CAC efficiency, and higher lifetime value, all with no changes to checkout UX, no upfront fees, and no risk. FlexFactor only earns when revenue is successfully recovered.
Events are a core GTM lever for us. This role exists to turn events into pipeline, partnerships, and revenue, not just brand exposure.
