What This Role Is Really About
You’re responsible for the accuracy and flow of materials in and out of the facility.
This is not just moving pallets—this is a role for someone who understands: inventory accuracy, documentation, doing it right the first time
What You’ll Do
- Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality
- Operate forklifts (electric double rider) to move materials safely
- Perform accurate scans and maintain real-time inventory records
- Apply FIFO and ensure proper material flow
- Prepare and verify outgoing shipments (counts, labels, documentation)
- Cross-check Bills of Lading and shipment details
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space
- Support inventory organization and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of forklift experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes
- Comfortable using barcode scanners and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
