- 3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, cGMP standards a plus
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment
- Knowledge of SQF standards
- Experience with gauge calibration or training others
