What You’ll Be Working On
- Injection molding & blow molding machines
- Mold changes, startups, and process adjustments
- Auxiliary equipment (material handling, grinders, etc.)
- Quality measurement and process control
What You’ll Do
- Monitor machines and keep production running efficiently
- Perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments
- Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues
- Catch problems early and correct them before they escalate
- Work with Quality to verify product specs
- Complete documentation and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Support and mentor less experienced team members
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing (plastics strongly preferred)
- Ability to perform setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting independently
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Someone who takes ownership of their machines and output

- Machines run efficiently with minimal downtime
- Mold changes and startups are done right the first time
- Problems are identified early and corrected quickly
- Work areas remain clean, organized, and audit-ready
