Quality Supervisor – Manufacturing
Flexcraft is hiring a Quality Supervisor to support hands-on quality control and inspection processes in our manufacturing facility. This role is focused on daily quality checks, process compliance, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
What You’ll Do
- Perform and oversee inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Monitor manufacturing processes to identify defects, trends, and quality risks
- Collect and analyze quality data to support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure ISO 9001 compliance through accurate documentation and routine audits
- Support customer quality issues, investigations, and documentation requests
- Train and guide production employees on inspection methods and quality standards
- Assist with internal, customer, and certification audits
- Support automated inspection and measurement improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of quality control/assurance experience in manufacturing
- Plastic manufacturing experience preferred (blow molding or injection molding a plus)
- Working knowledge of inspection tools, measurement systems, and quality data
- Experience with ISO-based quality systems
- Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working on the production floor
