We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure that our manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols. Your expertise will help us deliver safe, compliant, and top-quality products to our customers while fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive quality audits and inspections throughout the production process to verify compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems in accordance with ISO-9001 and/or AS9100 and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and quality assurance activities to identify areas for improvement and ensure product integrity.
- Collect, analyze, and document data related to quality metrics, inspection results, and process deviations to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production teams to address non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain detailed records of audits, inspections, compliance documentation, and quality reports for internal review and regulatory audits.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance within manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of quality control processes and systems.
- Familiarity with quality standards in production such as ISO9001 / AS9100
- Strong knowledge of regulatory/legal compliance standards in production settings.
- Proficiency in conducting quality audits, inspections, and data collection using Microsoft Office tools or equivalent software.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret inspection data and identify trends or issues promptly.
- Ability to follow strict safety protocols including PPE use during all inspection activities.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting findings clearly.
