General Purpose:
Responsible for the set-up and operation of a wave solder machine for soldering within the process. Adjusts the speed, temperature and makes other adjustments to accommodate varying types and sizes of products.
Principle Accountabilities:

Responsible for the set-up and operation of a wave solder machine for soldering within the process. Adjusts the speed, temperature and makes other adjustments to accommodate varying types and sizes of products.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Sets up and operates a wave solder machine.
- Operates finger cleaner pump, conveyor and IR pre-heaters.
- Troubleshoots problem areas.
- Runs product.
- Provides preventative and daily /weekly maintenance.
- Operates all machine functions, e.g. fluxer, hot air knife, conveyor and pre-heaters.
- Identifies defects and enters data to shop floor control system.
- May clean dross out of solder pot.
