The position will be responsible for executing engineering programs involving thermal analysis, mechanical design, detailed drawings, fabrication with new and existing suppliers, and environmental/thermofluidic testing.

JETCOOL Technologies, a Flex company, is seeking a dedicated, dependable Product Manager in Littleton, MA to contribute to technical programs across our core data center business. The position will be responsible for executing engineering programs involving thermal analysis, mechanical design, detailed drawings, fabrication with new and existing suppliers, and environmental/thermofluidic testing.
What a typical day looks like:
- Product Leadership: Define product specifications, system architectures, and execution plans for custom solutions leveraging JetCool, Flex, and third-party components.
- Strong Engineering Principles: Be fluent in mechanical engineering principles for system engineering including pipe flow calculations, thermal engineering calculations, and mechanical drawings.
- Engineering Management: Directly manage and mentor the Dell OEM engineering team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new customer solutions and custom integrations.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for technical discussions, capturing requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Sales Partnership: Collaborate with the Sales team to develop proposals, support customer engagements, and deliver tailored liquid cooled server and rack solutions.
- Systems Integration: Apply systems engineering principles to architect solutions combining cooling technologies, server hardware, manifolds, and integration services.
- Bachelor of Science (B.S. in mechanical or aerospace engineering) and 7 years of work experience
- 3 years in product management
- 3 years of engineering team management experience
- Demonstrated ability with hands-on builds/projects
- Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS CAD and drawing packages
