Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment according to approved work instructions and SOPs
- Set up machines for production runs, including tooling, materials, and parameter verification
- Monitor machine performance and product quality during operation
- Ensure production targets and throughput expectations are met
- Always Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Perform in-process inspections per specifications (visual checks, measurements, documentation)
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation in real time
- Identify and report defects, nonconformances, or out-of-spec conditions immediately
- Support traceability of materials and product throughout the process
- Follow proper gowning procedures and maintain cleanroom discipline
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and tools (5S standards)
- Always adhere to contamination control protocols
- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards, incidents, or near misses.
