Summary
Are you a hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple projects at once? We’re looking for a MITS Project Engineer to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end infrastructure projects — from design to deployment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the execution of client infrastructure projects with precision and accountability.
- Collaborate with vCIOs to develop project Statements of Work (SOW).
- Configure and install network hardware and software.
- Design and implement data migrations for both on-prem and virtual environments.
- Ensure quality control and thorough documentation of all project implementations.
- Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors.
- Engage directly with clients and end users to ensure seamless deployments and long-term reliability.

What You Bring
- Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of IT service or technical experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel to client sites required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructures and hands-on experience with switches, firewalls, BDR systems, and wireless access points.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs, including sustaining at least 90 billable hours monthly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience with data migration and BCDR/BDR device deployment.
- 2 years of MSP-specific experience.
- Network Certification.

Work Environment
