Summary

Are you a hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple projects at once? We’re looking for a MITS Project Engineer to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end infrastructure projects — from design to deployment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the execution of client infrastructure projects with precision and accountability.
• Collaborate with vCIOs to develop project Statements of Work (SOW).
• Configure and install network hardware and software.
• Design and implement data migrations for both on-prem and virtual environments.
• Ensure quality control and thorough documentation of all project implementations.
• Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors.
• Engage directly with clients and end users to ensure seamless deployments and long-term reliability.

What You Bring

• Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of IT service or technical experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel to client sites required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructures and hands-on experience with switches, firewalls, BDR systems, and wireless access points.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs, including sustaining at least 90 billable hours monthly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with data migration and BCDR/BDR device deployment.
• 2 years of MSP-specific experience.
• Network Certification.

Work Environment

Good working environment with the absence of disagreeable conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Travel to client sites is required. Hybrid work option available after initial 90 days and contingent on objective performance goals.
