***previous experience supervising a short completion time cycle and meeting on time delivery objectives
***managing direct and indirect labor expense within budget
***managing inventory and production through Microsoft’s platform
***insuring the plant is operated in a very safe manner
***staffing and training the production staff to meet quality standards (ISO)
