Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for coordinating mostly hourly and some salaried recruiting for 5 locations.
- Work with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and job qualifications
- Develop job postings, write job advertisements and job postings
- Coordinate the interviewing process, including scheduling telephone and in-person interviews along with scheduling interview rooms
- Review job applications and resumes submitted by applicants, conduct initial screening of applicants
- Provides follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting statuses
- Schedule, administer, and organize skills tests and interviews with outside vendor as needed
- Source and recruit candidates using various tools
- Assist with pre-screening and new hire administrative duties
- Maintain frequent contact with internal hiring Managers, external vendors and employment agencies
- May network with the community attend job fairs as needed
Requirements:
- 1 year Recruiting experience required
- Associate Degree in Human Resource preferred
- Intermediate Excel knowledge working with formulas and spreadsheets, Email and scheduling in Outlook
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Able to build a strong rapport with many different levels of candidates, team members and managers
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
