This is a great part-time opportunity offering a flexible work schedule!
Shift Available:
- Weekend Shift: Saturday: 9am – 11am and Sunday: 7am – 1pm
- There may also be options to pick up extra hours during the weekend, or during the weekday late afternoons or early evenings.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, support, and FUN! You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via message chats, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date product details in our systems.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and various software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
