Job Title: Accounts Receivable/Collections AssociatePay Rate: $25/hourHours: Full Time, open to either 7:30am-4pm or 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-FridayLength: Temporary approximately 4-6 weeksLocation: Appleton, WI (on-site)What You’ll Do: Make business to business calls to customers regarding payments that are 90-120 days past dueSet up payment plans Maintain rapport and relationships with customers while collecting on past due accountsHelp to resolve issues on accountsRequirements: Must have strong customer service skills and not be afraid to pick up the phone to make the call to collect from customers and ask for paymentCollections experience is highly preferredGoal driven and process drivenAbility to collect from customers yet still maintain a great relationship If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to cpownell@flexstaff.com.
