Job Title: Client Services/Office Assistant
Pay Rate: $18/hour-$22/hour
Hours: Full Time, Monday-Thursday 6:30am-3:30pm, Friday 6am-12pm
Length: Temporary to Hire
Location: Oshkosh, WI (on-site)
Requirements:
- 6 months Customer Service or Administrative experience in an office setting
- Basic accounting knowledge is highly preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- Basic Word and Excel skills required, any Sage or manufacturing ERP systems is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accurate
- Work well in a team environment and shared office setting
Responsibilities:
Support customers, production documentation, and day-to-day office operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process orders and customer requests
- Coordinate with the scheduling production teams
- Maintain customer records and documentation
- Resolve customer concerns and issues
- Maintain filing systems for purchase orders, invoices, quotes, and packing slips
- Assist with various office tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, data entry and HR Office tasks
