Customer Service/Inside Sales - Part Time with flexible daytime hours!

Job Title: Lead Generation/Inside Sales

Pay Rate: $18/hour-$20/hour

Hours: Part Time, Flexible to hours between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

***Ideally would like someone who can work on Tuesday-Thursday, but again are flexible

Length: Temporary through August at this time. There is a strong potential for the contract to be extended 1 year, or potentially become temporary to hire

Location: Appleton, WI (on-site)

Requirements: 

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong relationship building and follow up skills 
• Medical knowledge/terminology or Inside sales experience is a plus
• Excited to learn something new with on-the-job training
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required, overall tech savvy (use a phone system, dual monitors)
• Eager, self-motivated and driven to set the appointment
• Detailed, organized, strong work ethic and reliable

Responsibilities:

• Make warm and cold calls to potential new established business clients (leads are provided)
• Discuss and send information to clients regarding products using scripted calls
• Persuade potential customers to set an appointment for the sales rep to give a presentation/demonstration
• Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from potential customers
• Document all customer interactions and correspondence and maintain records of contacts, accounts, and order appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers
