Now Hiring for an Experienced Customer Service Rep.
Must have a minimum of 3 years working in an office setting
Position is Full-Time
Duties Include but not limited to:
- Order processing for customers
- Responsible for external and internal order processing
- Apply field promotions ensuring pricing and terms are executed correctly
- Communicate process and system issues related to order processing to leadership
- Actively attend and participate in required trainings
- Stay current with system and product information, changes and updates
- Help identify and implement process improvements for work flows they oversee

- Completion of a two year post high school program, or high school diploma/general education degree (GED)
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an office setting
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems with leadership direction
- Use judgment to evaluate need for exceptions to policies to meet customer expectations while keeping in mind established guidelines and procedures
- The ability to support special projects and additional duties as assigned
