What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Auditor 3rd Shift position at Flex-N-Gate?
Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry, recently ranked 10th of the 150 Top North American Suppliers in “Automotive News.” A growing and vital company, Flex-N-Gate provides a great opportunity for hard-working and skilled individuals.
Quality Auditor is responsible for:
Perform part destruct testing
Perform SPC readings on check fixtures
Assist in the collection and identification of non-conforming parts
Perform layered process audits
Perform inspection of parts staged for shipment
Perform inspection of incoming purchased product and record data
Perform inspection of received steel
Qualifications:
Knowledge of quality systems
Prefer previous use of quality tools such as CMM, calipers, micrometers, etc.
Prefer previous experience with blueprint reading
Computer skills
Must be able to lift to up 30 pounds repetitively during shift
Able to use basic hand tools
Able to multi-task and work independently
