What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foundry Quality Utility Auditor position at Brembo North America?
Are you passionate about quality and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for driven, detail-oriented individuals with experience in quality assurance to join our team on a trial-to-direct hire basis.
Openings on second and third shift.
Scope and Goals
Ability to perform comprehensive product and process audits, including FRF checks, detailed visual inspections of castings and cores, rework parts when required, and operate equipment such as the lathe, bandsaw, hardness tester, and x-ray machine.
Experience
- Strong Technical Skills
- Good Problem Solving Abilities
- Ability to operate small to mid-sized industrial equipment (will train)
- Ability to bend over and lift as-cast rotors as needed throughout the work day.
- Ability to record data and react as needed if a non-conformity arises.
