At Flex-Hose Co., we provide our customers with the engineered information, quality product and the best service in the industry to support growth and success. We are currently looking to fill open spot in our Inside Sales/Customer Service department. The primary function of the Inside Sales Rep position is to handle customer inquiries, provide timely quotes, offer expertise and technical data and to aid sales staff with daily functions and procedural tasks including data entry, order processing, filing, customer service calls etc. As knowledge grows with company, product and industry opportunity with Flex-Hose will also progress. Looking for individual to be self–motivated, goal oriented and be willing to expand comfort zone and knowledge. Future management opportunity based on performance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Aid in Closing Sales and achieve Goals
- Route Qualified Opportunities to appropriate Sales person for Further Development
- Perform General Clerical Duties
- Aid in coordination and maintenance of records/files
Requirements
- Proven Inside Sales Experience is a MUST
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Strong Listening and presentation Skills
- Ability to multi‐task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS Degree and/or 2 years experience
- Self Motivated – Goal Oriented
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) a Plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Word & Adobe is a Must
Full-Time position, Monday - Friday, 8-5PM

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
