Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a vital liaison coordinating communication across sales, production, logistics, and our customers. In this role, you will deliver high-touch client account management, building long-term customer confidence through responsive, accurate, and proactive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service.
- Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Place, track, and manage sales orders; coordinate shipment schedules; and process sample requests while ensuring timely delivery.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain continuous collaboration with production and supply chain teams to relay real-time status updates and lead-time changes to customers.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer feedback, complaints, and sales returns, taking end-to-end ownership to resolve issues effectively.
- Reporting & Quality Compliance: Maintain accurate records and documentation in support of company processes and ISO audit requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass physical and background check.
