Description:This is a unique role created for a College Admissions EXPERT that can lead a team and leverage their knowledge and experience to help families navigate the complex college admissions landscape. This position is a salaried, exempt position.What you’ll do:Admissions Consultants are responsible for helping students create competitive and strategic college applications to achieve their college admissions goals. Admissions Consultants work with families and students, provide college essay, resume, and interview assistance, lead seminars, and give workshops on academic and extra-curricular strategies. Lead a team of 20 college admissions counselors across the USA. Inter-Regional travel may be expected. Yes we do.Bonus eligibility3 weeks paid time offPaid company holidaysSubsidized medical, dental and vision insuranceBonus:Spoken fluency in Mandarin or Korean is preferred but not requiredRequirements:What we’re looking for:Bachelor's degree from an Ivy league or UC university10 years recent experience in College Admissions in the USA for a top 50 university and/or education services companyStrong interpersonal communication skills needed to establish rapport with clients, gain consensus, and achieve diplomacyProven ability to work independently and as part of a teamExpert knowledge of the U.S. college admissions processProfessional presentation skills and stellar communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead a team and take initiativeAvailability to work at least some evenings and Saturdays (Full-Time: Tuesday - Friday 11:30am - 8:30pm and Saturdays 8am - 5pm)
Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
