The Fletcher Business Group is the leading manufacturer and distributor of equipment and consumables that are used across the picture framing, glass, hardware, woodworking, and signage end markets. The Company provides Engineered solutions for cutting, joining, hanging and automation. We are currently hiring a NetSuite System Admin / Project Manager to work in our East Berlin, Connecticut office.
NetSuite System Admin responsibilities:
NetSuite Administration
- Support end user requests for saved searches, reports, dashboards, end user training, and general user access/permissions. JIRA experience is a plus.
- Maintain user roles, permissions, dashboards, reports, and working knowledge of all subsidiary specific customizations to effectively provide end user training.
- The candidate must possess end-to-end knowledge in NetSuite modules (Record-to-Report, Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Design-to-Build, Call-to-Resolution, etc.), and keep up to date with release notes and flag potential business impacts on end users. NetSuite OneWorld experience is preferred.
- Assist with project implementation team tasks (including but not limited to) user acceptance testing, end user training, data imports, data scrubbing, work process documentation & enhancements, KPIs, dashboards, custom forms.
- Develop, document, execute and track User Acceptance Testing. From User Acceptance Testing, identify bugs/defects, and propose and execute fixes. Review scheduled NetSuite releases and/or bundle updates and perform UAT in the sandbox environment to flag any potential bugs/defects
- Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing, end user training, data imports, data scrubbing, work process documentation & enhancements, KPIs, dashboards, customizations.
- Requirement gathering for new integrations and customizations in collaboration with users and/or department heads
Oversee and maintain current and future NetSuite integrations.

Assist in planning, documentation and execution of
- Standard Costing
- Item Pricing Updates
- Inventory Counts
The ideal candidate has the following:
- Experience of least 3-6 years of techno-functional administration experience with NetSuite ERP/CRM and modules
- Proficient in managing user roles, permissions, custom objects, saved searches, reports and dashboards
- Working knowledge of SuiteBundler, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk
- Advanced Manufacturing (preferred)
- OneWorld/Intercompany (plus)
- WMS (plus)
- Experience with relational databases and large datasets, data cleansing, CSV imports, custom import mappings, and data validation.
- NetSuite Admin Certification (plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Project Management and system implementation/integration experience.
- High energy, curiosity, and willingness to research solutions
- Leadership skills – can lead/facilitate group discussions and assign tasks to individuals for resolution as a team; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prioritization skills – assess multiple competing priorities, weigh cost/benefits and suggest ranking; align priorities with manager.
- Excellent communication skills being able to ladder up and down considering the audience; is understandable and relatable to the end user.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (especially Excel with experience using formulas, pivots, functions, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or on a team.
- Must be proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing). (proficiency in Italian language a plus).
- Prior IT helpdesk/systems administration experience (SharePoint, JIRA) a plus.
- Training and continued learning is encouraged. NetSuite LCS Pass is available for all employees. Successful completion of NetSuite Certifications will be reimbursed.
