Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our Dallas, Texas office. Candidates must have at least 3 years' experience in civil litigation. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will provide legal representation and counsel to clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting and filing legal documents, negotiating settlements, and litigating cases in court as needed. The role requires strategic problem-solving and strong client advocacy, ensuring exceptional service while adhering to high ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Texas State Bar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- An ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Prior experience in civil litigation is highly desirable.
