Fleming Trailers is seeking a Part-Time Inventory Specialist / Repair Estimator to support our operations and service team in Glendale, AZ. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across inventory, repair documentation, and shop coordination in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Flexible hours are available to support school or other commitments.

What You'll Do
- As a Part-Time Inventory Specialist / Repair Estimator, you will support daily operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with repair evaluations and documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and physical inventory checks
- Track incoming and outgoing materials related to production and repair work
- Assist with repair estimates by reviewing parts, labor needs, and documentation
- Open, update, and close Work Orders (WO) and Service Orders to reflect current activity
- Coordinate with production and service teams to ensure repair and inventory information is accurate and up to date
- Enter and maintain data in internal systems and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist with organizing inventory locations and improving material visibility
- Support general shop and administrative tasks related to inventory and repairs as needed
(Other duties may be assigned as business needs evolve)
What You Bring
- Experience in inventory control, production support, service coordination, or a related manufacturing role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and documentation
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic systems (Excel or similar)
- Ability to organize information and manage multiple tasks
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn systems, processes, and product details
- Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule
- Part-time position with flexible hours
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Regular movement throughout the shop and warehouse environment
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times
- Must be able to bend, reach, and access inventory stored at varying heights
- Must be comfortable navigating the warehouse and shop floor
- Willingness to learn to operate a forklift or prior forklift experience is a plus
